About Perri
My mother says I started drawing as soon as I could hold a crayon.
I remember being totally absorbed with drawing by kindergarten.
I started art classes at 8, and I haven’t stopped making art since!
I’ve studied at the Art Students League of New York, the Brooklyn
Museum Art School, and the Polakov School of Stage Design.
I earned a BFA from Tyler School of Fine Art, and an MA from the
University of Wisconsin. While at Tyler I spent a year at their school
in Rome, Italy.
I teach drawing, painting, and mixed media - for beginners and
advanced students - in my studios in Livingston, New Jersey and
Albuquerque, New Mexico.
